Frequently Asked Questions

How Did You Find This Money?
We audit different government agencies on a regular basis for unclaimed funds due to citizens like yourself.

How Did You Find Me?
We usually locate our clients by doing internet searches.

How Much is My Claim? Where is it Being Held?

Due to our time, effort and upfront costs, we initially do a high level search.  Once you have signed our contingency fee agreement, we verify that the funds we’ve identified are yours and will be able to provide the details on where the funds are located and the amount owed.  In general, the funds we locate exceed $10,000.

Can’t I Find the Money on my Own?
The governmental agencies we audit typically DO NOT post these unclaimed funds accounts online. You are welcome to search state unclaimed funds websites, but if you find funds there, these are likely not the funds we’re informing you about.

Why Should I Use Your Company?
Most of the assets we locate aren’t available by searching the internet, and it’s unlikely that without the aid of a company like ours, that you’ll be notified of their existence by the agency holding them.  We specialize in processing claims so you can receive your funds as quickly as possible.  We enjoy delivering “good news” by letting our clients know about their somewhat “hidden treasures,” and we aim to provide excellent service to make this process a positive experience throughout.

Time is Money

Don’t miss this small window of opportunity
Time is running out. Claim your funds before it's too late.

It is important to note that these funds are held for only a brief period of time, after which the agency responsible for them may be permitted to seize them through a process called “escheatment.”

We think private citizens losing their funds to government agencies (a system rooted in feudal 16th century England) is completely unfair and we are determined to prevent this from happening to anyone, especially you.
